    Your Data & Account

    No. Your data, your users, and your settings all remain exactly as they are. There's no migration and nothing to move, so everything simply appears in the improved interface.

    Yes. Your Company ID, username, and password carry over unchanged. You'll sign in exactly as you do today – including if you sign in via Single Sign-On (SSO).

    Yes. All of your existing records, logs, and reports remain intact and accessible after the upgrade.

    Advanced user controls – practical upgrades that personalise Smartlog to each user and cut the time spent on routine tasks.

    Redesigned module dashboards – each compliance module now shows its key metrics and upcoming tasks on a single screen, with interactive graphs and charts that track compliance over the past month. Administration controls sit directly within each module.

    Calendar View – a much-requested view that brings every task, deadline and renewal together across the whole organisation, from COSHH assessments and PEEP reviews to training and document renewals. Click any date to see what's due, who it's assigned to, and the task type, so you can plan around busy periods before deadlines pile up.
