Customer Service Administrator
Based in Wolverton, Milton Keynes
Do you have strong communication and interpersonal skills? Are you experienced at dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email, and CRM systems? Do you have high standards of communication and record keeping?
In this role, you will be providing administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team. Key responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Updating and maintaining customer records
• Supporting your team with data entry and other admin tasks

Health and Safety Consultant (sub-contractor)
In addition to our in-house consultants, Safesmart have a fantastic team of sub-contractors across the UK supporting our clients with fire risk and health & safety assessments. We work on no-minimum commitment basis, and offer a competitive rate of pay including expenses.
